Terms & Conditions:

1. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
2. Deposits can be  held  in lieu for 6 months if cancellation made in less than 7 days of arrival.
3. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will  be charged the full amount.
4. All rooms are non-smoking.
5. Sorry No doggies Allowed or Children under 10 years, ( unless by special arrangement)
6. To amend or cancel a booking, please telephone or email us.
7. Sorry we are unable to accept one night stays on Fridays & Saturdays from APRIL UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
